When did Voocow start? Voocow began its journey on September 18, 2025. We were founded with a passion for unique, handcrafted mosaic jewelry, dedicated to providing high-quality accessories to our customers across the United States.

What kind of products do you offer? We specialize in handcrafted mosaic jewelry, including:

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping costs? We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders placed within the United States.

Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

What is the estimated delivery time? We strive to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 – 7 business days.

What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed by 5:00 PM (CST) are processed according to our standard handling times. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

What is the condition required for returns? Items must be in their original, new condition to be eligible for a return.

Are there restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

How do I handle return shipping costs?

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your jewelry arrives damaged or is defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item for non-defective reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

How do exchanges work? We accept exchanges. Please contact us at support@voocow.com to specify the item you would like as a replacement. Exchanges are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your original item.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
