Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your handcrafted mosaic jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Process
- Condition: Items must be in their original, new condition.
- Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
- Restocking Fee: There are no restocking fees ($0.00).
Return Shipping Costs

- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
