Our journey began on September 18, 2025, when Voocow was founded with a passion for intricate craftsmanship. We specialize in unique, handcrafted mosaic jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, pendants, and pins and charms. From our beginnings, our mission has been to offer high-quality, artful accessories directly to our customers, ensuring every piece reflects the time and care put into its creation.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Order Processing: Orders placed after the 5:00 PM (CST) cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
  • Business Days: Our operations team processes orders from Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, new condition.
  • Return Costs: We provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost for defective or damaged items. For customer remorse (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Please contact us at support@voocow.com to specify the replacement item. Exchanges are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your original item.
